3. Vote, and bring people with you. Some House races come down to a few hundred votes. Fill out your ballot the day it arrives, then get your friends, family, and church to do the same.Everyone says they want money out of politics. Here's your chance to prove it. No PACs, no big donors, no consultants. A campaign that isn't bought can't be sold.

Clean Up Congress
Congress was never meant to be a career, and you certainly shouldn’t get rich from it. You should be there to serve. The career grifters have turned it into a job with a pension, and the outcome for you stopped mattering a long time ago.- 8-year term limits. Congress was never meant to be a career.
- Ban members of Congress from trading stocks.
- No budget, no pay.
- Close the revolving door. No cashing out as a lobbyist.
California shouldn’t be the hardest place in America to afford a life
Affordability
Congress makes the budget and spends the money. They print and devalue your dollar and inflate assets, and every year a home gets further out of reach. Most Americans now live paycheck to paycheck. The American dream is slipping away, and Congress did that. Owning a home here shouldn’t feel impossible, and raising a family here shouldn’t feel like a luxury.- Stop the deficit spending that drives up mortgage rates and prices.
- Cut the red tape that makes building slow and expensive.
- Ban Wall Street and hedge funds from buying single-family homes.
- Block foreign ownership of American farmland and family homes.
Safe streets aren’t partisan — they’re the baseline
Safety
Every neighborhood in this district should feel safe after dark.- Back the police. Prosecute crime.
- End cashless bail. Consequences can't be optional.
- Keep repeat offenders off the streets.
- Get fentanyl off our streets. Real consequences for dealers.
Trust in elections is foundational. Without it, nothing else works
Election Integrity
Voting should be easy to participate in and hard to manipulate. Keep vote by mail. Make Election Day a holiday so anyone who wants to vote in person can, and show ID when you do.- Make Election Day a national holiday.

Education
Schools should prepare kids for real life — not just more bureaucracy.- No federal income tax on teachers.

- Back to basics: reading, math, history and civics.
- Bring back shop class and the trades.
- Prepare kids for automation and AI.
- Parents in charge.
You paid into it your whole life. It’s yours
Social Security & Medicare
You worked for it. Washington doesn’t get to touch it.- No cuts. You earned it.
- No raising the retirement age.
- Invest part of the trust fund in the S&P 500. Done in the 1980s, it would run a surplus today.
- Go after the fraud and waste. Benefits for Americans who paid in.
A Different Focus
My focus is Contra Costa families and the things that actually hit your life: your kids' schools, your safety, your bills, your job, and the retirement you were promised. My opponent has had eleven years, 204 bills, and two laws to show for it. For him it's about the income. For me it's about the outcome.Husband. Father. Coach. Small business owner. 49ers fan. Moraga.
